Your library stays under your control

PageMoa is a local comic, PDF and ebook reader. This release has no PageMoa account, advertisements, analytics service, developer-operated cloud library, or in-app purchases. It does not automatically upload your books or reading history to the developer.

Information processed on your device

The app processes files and folders you choose, book names and locations, cover thumbnails, reading positions, bookmarks, notes, preferences and caches to display and organize your library. It can process photos you explicitly allow through Android permissions. Android controls access to shared files; you can revoke access in system settings. Local records remain until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall; backups or exported files you create remain in their chosen locations.

Connections you choose

If you connect an SMB, FTP or FTPS server, the app sends the connection credentials and file requests required to that server and transfers the files you request. The server is selected and controlled by you or its provider, not by PageMoa. Plain FTP is not encrypted; protection depends on the selected protocol and server. Android document providers may connect to their own cloud services. Sharing, exporting, opening external links and sending support email pass the information you select to the chosen app or provider under its own policy. These actions are optional; local reading does not require them.

Support and service providers

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer and resolve your request. Do not attach private books or credentials. We do not sell this information. You may request deletion of support correspondence; records may be retained where necessary to resolve an open issue or meet applicable legal obligations. Email is handled by our email provider. This policy website is hosted using GitHub Pages, whose hosting service may process standard request logs. No advertising or analytics scripts are included on this page.

Your choices and contact

You may revoke file or photo permissions, remove saved connections, clear local reading records and caches, or clear app data in Android settings. Clearing app data removes app-managed records; exported files and original books in shared storage are separate. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions concerning information sent to us, contact db0192a@gmail.com. We may need to verify control of the email address concerned. PageMoa is a general-purpose reader and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information.

Changes

Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Material changes involving new data uses will be communicated in the app or through the store as appropriate.
